Information for Vendors

Vendor registration for the 11th Annual Butler County Stand Down is open. Agencies can apply using the Butler County Stand Down vendor registration form. Agencies that cannot access Google Forms can register by calling Allyson Rose at 724-284-5114.

The Butler County Stand Down Committee asks vendors to review the following before registering:

  • Full-event commitment: Vendors staff their table from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM. Agencies that cannot stay for the full two and a half hours should not register.
  • Indoor space limits: Indoor vendors are limited to approximately 50 to prevent overcrowding. Acceptance is not first come, first served. If registrations exceed 50, the Committee selects vendors based on the services provided, the areas served, and duplication of services.
  • Outdoor space: A limited number of outdoor spaces are available. Indicate on the registration form whether your agency would accept an outdoor space. Outdoor vendors provide their own table and chairs.
  • Requested donation: The Committee requests a vendor donation of toilet paper or paper towels to support housing and homeless programs across Butler County.
  • Notification: Agencies whose registration is declined will be notified by October 2, 2026.
