This workshop teaches:\n• Breathing\n• Mindfulness Techniques\n• Stretching and Movement\n• Body Awareness and Functioning\n• Guided Imagery \nWhen: May 4th at 10am-11:30am\nWhere: American Red Cross Southwestern PA Chapter\, 2801 Liberty Ave Pittsburgh\, PA 15222 \nService members\, veterans and their families are taught how to improve their wellbeing through skills that connect the body with the mind.
