DESCRIPTION:Presented by Lisa May\, Ph.D. \nThis presentation will review common differential diagnoses and symptom presentation for attention/focus patient complaints. \nLearning Objectives – Participants will be able to: \n\n·Identify common differential diagnoses when presented with patient complaint of attention problems.\n·Identify some common screening tools that could be used to assist with diagnosis.\n·Identify when referral for neuropsychological evaluation is recommended to assist with diagnosis.\n\nFREE. Register online. \nFree CE credit of 1.0 hour for AMA\, ANCC\, and LSW/LCW/LPC/LMFT will be offered to those who attend.  \nRequirements include attendance for the duration of the session and completion of a course evaluation provided at the end of the session.  \nACCREDITATION  \nIn support of improving patient care the University of Pittsburgh is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME)\, the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE)\, and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) to provide continuing education for the health care team.  \nPHYSICIAN (CME)  \nThe University of Pittsburgh designates this live activity for a maximum of 1.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.
