– 295 N. Kerrwood Dr., Suite 220, Hermitage, PA (Mercer County) – Point of Contact: Josh Seybert, at 878-271-6677 or email joshua.seybert@va.gov – Staff from the Michael A. Marzano Department of Veterans Affairs Outpatient Clinic will be on hand to share information about benefits, health care programs and services, PACT Act, answer questions, and assist veterans with enrollment and claims submissions. Toxic exposure screenings will be completed on a first-come, first-serve basis. |
