Mind-Body Workshop

Join the American Red Cross for Introduction to Mind-Body Skills. This workshop teaches:
• Breathing
• Mindfulness Techniques
• Stretching and Movement
• Body Awareness and Functioning
• Guided Imagery

Service members, veterans and their families are taught how to improve their wellbeing through skills that connect the body with the mind. Attendees learn the foundational tools from which they can build a mind-body practice for themselves to reduce stress and improve personal wellness.
Who Should Attend this Workshop?
o Active duty service members
o Service-separated (all types) and retired veterans
o Members of the Guard and Reserves
o Family members, both dependent and non-dependent
